De Dea Gelisio

The new headquarters of De Dea Gelisio is located on the outskirts of Belluno, in the beautiful setting of the Dolomites. The building itself is a former cement factory which has been architecturally redeveloped.
The cladding is formed of zinc-titanium panels tilted at an angle to follow the elevations, which are irregular partly due to the presence of highly insulated mullion and transom façades.
The window and door frames were chosen to ensure high performance, and therefore light and thermo-acoustic comfort, while the “green pigment” finish of the cladding allows this building to blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape.
