Clevertech

Clevertech, a fast-growing company, designed the offices at its new premises with large glass walls, in order to “showcase” the teamwork of its employees in a welcoming manner.
The building has an inclined metalwork structure with an impressive structural façade system measuring approx 38 metres across, 17 metres at the sides, and 15 metres in height. The use of external seals in lieu of traditional covers emphasises the “showcase” effect, meeting the customer’s needs for transparency.
The roof of the building, instead, is formed of fretted curved metal panels designed to offer the ultimate in safety and heat and sound insulation. The fittings are also highly insulated with selective glass, while the automatic entrances, panic doors and a glass cantilever roof complete our architectural project with the generous use of glass to openly merge the outside and inside.
