The headquarters of this manufacturing industry has been designed with particular attention to energy saving and climate comfort.
The large windows on the ground floor and a large terrace on the first floor emphasize the volumetric play of empty and full spaces between the two floors.
We also find transparency within the building. Here a courtyard spreads light to the offices, both through the windows and through an automated skylight openable by 3 rack electrical actuators in line.
Motorized roller blinds, folding doorways and fire doors complete this realization.
